Credo Ventures is a venture capital firm focusing on investments in early-stage tech
companies originating from Central & Eastern Europe, including the CEE diaspora in
Silicon Valley. Since 2010, we have backed some of the greatest founders and
companies from the region (UiPath, Eleven Labs, productboard, and others).

We are looking for a full-time analyst to join our office in Prague. The successful
candidate will become an integral part of our small & close-knit team and will have the
opportunity to learn everything about venture capital in one of the most prominent
European early-stage VC firms. You will be working primarily with Credo’s CFO and
focus on finance and operations of Credo and its investment funds. We are looking for
a diligent person who is eager to learn - this is an entry-level VC position suitable for
both (i) candidates with 1-2 years of experience from relevant industries (finance,
consulting, audit, law, etc.) and (ii) fresh university graduates.

Key qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to set and manage deadlines
• Very good command of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting basics (managerial reports - balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
• Excellent English – both verbal and written (daily use, international team)
• Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking (go beyond the task), and an ability to learn fast
• Innate desire to help fellow teammates / portfolio companies to succeed
• Enthusiasm for venture capital, start-ups, and entrepreneurship

Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting the CFO with fund operations – investor reporting, audit, business planning
• Coordination of external administration teams in different jurisdictions
• Various tasks related to compliance, portfolio management, and legal agenda
• Helping our portfolio start-ups with budgeting & reporting; performance monitoring
